1. Controller and scope

The controller for the processing described here is INVOKERS FORGE, a French SAS with share capital of €1,000, SIREN 939 399 341, at 27 rue Saulnier, 92800 Puteaux, France. Privacy contact: contact@invokersforge.com.

This policy concerns the new promotional website. It does not describe the operation of play.lanesinvokers.com, including game saves or game analytics, or the Discord and Instagram services.

2. Website delivery and security

When pages load, the host receives technical information needed to deliver them, including IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser information. Logs may be processed to maintain availability, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

This processing relies on the legitimate interest in providing a working website and protecting its security. Connection data strictly necessary to deliver pages is required for browsing.

Retention of technical data depends on the log type and hosting service used. It is limited to page delivery, diagnosis and security needs; an incident or legal obligation may require retaining only the information needed to address it. Contact the publisher for information relevant to a specific request.

3. When you contact us

The email link opens your email application. We receive the information you send: email address, any name you provide, message and attachments. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We use this information to respond and follow up, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Processing a GDPR rights request relies on our legal obligation. Without a reply address or sufficient details, we may be unable to respond.

Ordinary correspondence is kept while handling the enquiry and for no more than 12 months after it is closed. Only information needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be separately retained for the applicable period.

4. Cookies, analytics and campaign links

The current website code contains no advertising tools, tracking pixels, browser-side analytics or tracking cookies. Images and fonts are served with the website. It does not store a visitor profile in the browser or load embedded social widgets.

If the arrival URL contains utm_source or utm_campaign campaign parameters, they are carried into the game link and preserved when switching language. The website code does not store them in a database or cookie. Any subsequent processing by the game is covered by information specific to the game.

Future non-exempt trackers will require appropriate information and, where required, a prior choice to accept or refuse them.

5. Recipients and hosting

Contact enquiries are accessible to authorised INVOKERS FORGE personnel and the email provider used to handle them. Netlify, Inc., the planned website host, processes technical data needed for its service. Authorities may receive data where legally required.

Netlify is based in the United States and uses international infrastructure. Processing outside the European Economic Area may occur. Its data processing agreement provides transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You may request information about safeguards for your data at contact@invokersforge.com.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability and withdrawal of consent apply where their legal conditions are met; the processing described here does not rely on marketing consent.

Send requests to contact@invokersforge.com or the registered office. Proportionate identity verification will only be requested where there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension.

You may complain to the CNIL or another competent supervisory authority. You may also give instructions on the handling of your data after death as provided by French law.

7. Previous registrations and future changes

This new website has no registration form, member account or newsletter sign-up. Previous Wix registrations do not automatically become game accounts. Contact the publisher about your previous data or unsubscribe requests.

The website change does not constitute consent to marketing messages. Any future newsletter system will provide appropriate information and respect recipients’ choices.

The current website code does not implement profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
